Delete your LedgerMate account

Request deletion of your account and eligible personal data.

Important: Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your server account. Account deletion is permanent after verification.

Submit a deletion request

Use the email address registered to your LedgerMate account. We may contact you to verify ownership. Never send your password.

We use this only to find and verify the account deletion request.

Request by email instead

Email mail@najad.dev from the address registered to your LedgerMate account. Use the subject “LedgerMate Account Deletion Request.” Do not include your password.

What may be deleted

  • Login credentials and active authentication tokens
  • Personal account access and eligible profile information
  • Invitations and information that is not needed for shared-ledger integrity

What may be retained

  • Shared transactions needed to preserve ledger balances and other members’ records
  • Audit, fraud-prevention, security or legal records
  • Temporary backups until normal backup rotation removes them

Where reasonably possible, retained records will be anonymized or displayed as belonging to a deleted user.
